Thank you for visiting Starlight Therapeutics. This is my new website (formerly Fluid Body Light). I am delighted that you are interested in my work.
My specialties are Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki and Massage. I love working with clients of all ages, from infants to elders.
Because I am a licensed massage therapist (for 25+ years) some clients prefer to blend massage therapy into their sessions.

About Anna
Craniosacral therapy and Reiki have been hugely impactful in my own life and the lives of my clients. Receiving craniosacral regularly for many years now has facilitated deeply important healing and growth in my life, contributing to the ability to understand myself better, have great relationships, and live with so much less pain. My daily self-reiki practice has allowed me to handle life's challenges in ways that have amazed me. I love being able to offer support to others in the ways that have been so valuable to me.
I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, from Portland Community College and an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies for Massage Therapy from The Swedish Institute in NYC. In the last eleven years of continuing education I have studied with both the Milne Institute and the Upledger Institute, covering topics in Pediatrics, Somatoemotional Release and general Craniosacral practices. I also am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist acquired from Lactation Education Resources.I have studied to become a Holy Fire Usui Master Reiki Practitioner with Meghan Quinn.
