Life Boost Program

This program is for a time in your life when some extra caring and healing attention could be really valuable.

Such as:

• To speed the recovery from injury or sickness

• Changing jobs

• Challenges in parenting, relationships, motivation

• The goal is to get us working together towards your goals and for you to have a strong chance of building some great habits to support how you experience your life
   

During this program, we will start out with a good conversation about what you are going through and what kind of support you need. I will then set aside 15-20 minutes, 5 days a week to send you Reiki energy. I will also invite you to set a “cosmic order” (basically stating clearly something that you want) each morning and to say some statements of gratitude each evening. These can either be shared with me or kept personal. I’ll talk through all of this in detail with you when we connect. I will also check in with you at various points in the program to see how things are going.
